Won’t even show the image in question. It has been analyzed too much by too many. My take all along has been that it’s mildly funny, it’s effective satire, and it’s the flippin’ New Yorker… what do you expect? I’ve been reading it on and off for about 16 years. So that’s where I’m coming from.
